Customer service is nonexistent. I renewed my subscription , then they changed delivery personnel, now my paper arrives well AFTER the designated delivery time 20+ years receiving the P&C, this is the worst ever......it will be my last after this subscription!
The Post and Courier on Columbus Street in Charleston is a great local newspaper that is well managed and operated. They make it very easy to do business with whether it is posting a notice or another service. The staff here here is very helpful and accommodating. I have had a really good experience with them.
Poor news reporting and poor journalism, they just don't care about the issues that they are writing about. I asked one of their journalists for clarification on the article and the numbers that he provided regarding the Choice school lottery for the Charleston County School District for the 2019/20120 school year. The journalist stated that there were 30 seats available in the Buist academy for the lottery. The Buist web site stated that they have 52 seats in the Kindergarten alone, not counting other grades. Buist is a County wide magnet, they don't have an attendance zone, even siblings list has a lottery. All the seats should be available for the lottery, unless some of them are reserved to the "right/white" children. The journalist refused to share his source of information and refused to do his journalist job, which is to Ask Questions. And all of this happened when there is a wide spread segregation and discrimination of minorities in the CCSD. It is really sad when even the News Paper and journalists don't care anymore about Civil Rights in the community that they claim to write about.
