This place is okay if you want to place a one time large order. If you need to reorder, they dramatically increase their charge. We picked them to print our school's spirit and staff shirts because they are a local company. We expected them to be more accommodating with reorders, but that is not the case. Even after we recommended them to a business who spent $2,500 on shirts. Save yourself a headache and find another company. We won't be returning here.

I stopped in for a quote on shirts. I noticed hats on the shelf when I walked in and decided to ask about those too. I was quickly talked out of trying to do those. So I asked about some shirts that I have been thinking about as well (not the shirts I stopped in for either). After being told that they recently completed a ROT Rally order on shirts like I was asking about I said great I can maybe do the same. The lady told me she wouldn't do that for me, and she only did it for them because they are a good customer. It is possible to have have more than one good customer at a time, but that aside if you are talking to a new prospective client it would be wise to not tell them all the stuff you wont or arent willing to do for them. It was very bizarre. As local business owner I like to support local business and do not necessarily look for the cheapest price as a result of that desire to support.
