I dont under how this place has five stars. I would had definitely gave this place 5 stars however I had the rudest customer service. I stopped in August 24, in the evening after work with my scrubs on and wanted to get some embroidery done. I was literally greeted then left standing there while the man left to the other room. The woman in the front starred at me while I asked for help. No one assisted me so I just stood there. Two guys came in after me and they were assisted. I left and went across the street where they had actually acknowledged my existence. Come on guys.

Very bad customer service, after waiting over 30 minutes I order some bday t- shirts with the owner. No one called to tell me my order was ready. I needed to add a few more shirts and was told by the owner that he would get them ready. I called after a week and he didnt recall the conversation, I also texted him my additional order with no response. I Made a 3rd trip to the shop to check on the additional t-shirts, walked in no one acknowledged me so asked the owner if the additional shirts were ready and his response was What shirts. I will NEVER do business with his shop ever again.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE & STAFF. Called ahead of time to drop off some shirts for embroidery & when I walked in nobody acknowledged me. I finally went to them to get their attention & they just sat down eating. Its actually crazy how disrespectful these people are. Beyond disappointed. Do not go here!
