The worst customer service I have ever…. The worst customer service I have ever seen in all the applications I have used on the internet. They have stolen more than 5 months of subscription. I have spent months and months trying to communicate with them by all means to ask them to stop charging me; mail, instagram, Discord, etc. They say they are going to do something and they do nothing and they keep charging me. I'm so sorry, but I will NEVER use Znaplink again and I don't recommend it to anyone. Even if I already canceled my subscription, they continue to charge me.

Ottimo strumento la peggiore assistenza…. Ottimo strumento la peggiore assistenza clienti. Lo strumento è molto comodo, super customizzabile e ricco di tools. Sfortunatamente sto aspettando da mesi delle fatture ed una risposta dall'Assistenza clienti. Impossibili da contattare.

Really awesome tool!. I have now been able to test Znaplink extensively and am thrilled! The tool offers exactly what one imagines and facilitates for us e.g. the onboarding process of new customers or the provision of other link collections enormously. For new customers, we can now quickly provide the most important links in a nice overview and update it again and again. This way, our customers now have a single domain where they can reach all important URLs, contact options and other information. A real gamechanger for us!
