If I could rate this business a 0 I would! I have been a business owner for over 20 years and Karen has been one of the worst case of unprofessionalism I'v encountered. I provided her with my order a month prior to my event, 19 tshirts. She decides to process my shirts the day she said I could pick up. Needless to say the shirt were not done correctly. When I told Karen I was very dissatisfied with the shirts, she told me she shouldn't have taken my order along with other unprofessional comments. What business owner does something like this to a customers? However, she gladly took my money!! I will never patronize her business again! Please be careful if you do business with her...
