Poor customer service. Called to ask about the possibility of hiring an ebike for my father in law who was to accompany me on a ride. I was asked why he wanted to hire and not buy??? Craig then told me he could not tell me availability in 2 days time and I was to email. I emailed and never received a reply. The company seems more interested in selling bikes than hiring them. If this is their business model I fully understand but they should change there website as it clearly advertises hire of ebikes. Very disappointed for a company operating in a new and upcoming market.

Ich habe mit einem Rad von Ride Electric eine Tour durch England entlang des Hadrianswall gemacht und kann nur sagen das Rad und der Service waren perfekt Craig Golf Cooper hat mir das Rad mehr als freundlich am Flughafen bzw. Der Tankstelle beim Flughafen von Newcastle übergeben und nach Der Reise dort wieder entgegen genommen. Der Service war sehr gut und das Rad echt toll gerne mal wieder und ich kann den Sevice nur empfehlen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.Die Strecke von Haxham nach Calisle war mit dem Accu gut erreichbar.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would, the welcome from Craig and the team, i will recommend this place to any one who needs a new bike or a repair, I have learnt more about electric bikes from here then any other bike place. Thanks I look forward to receiving my bike.
