Highly disappointed. I have been a long time customer and received my most recent order damaged. I called EAP and they told me they would get replacements out right away, and to throw away the cases of broken glass jars that I had received. The simple task of replacing my product turned into a month and a half of calling EAP multiple times, with a different story being told about why I had not received the replacements each time. The last information I got from the company was that they needed to speak to UPS and asked me to save the broken jars (a month and a half after I was told to throw them away). I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company after giving EAP over 6 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails to make things right. The resolution from this company was that they would refund the broken product, but I was not allowed to purchase from their website again. A rather laughable outcome, considering after their poor customer service, I had no interest in doing business with them anymore. There are so many places out there with the same products. I highly suggest purchasing from a company that values their customers, unlike EAP.
eap innovations leadership utterly has been the most rude Ive ever experienced in 20 years of business. Their owner (so-called) president is absurd. If you dont believe me, then read all the other 1-star reviews. He lied to my husband and I saying we ordered a product when it was on backorder not truethe product was showing in-stock when we placed order; and then hes saying we wanted a cash back refundnot sowe paid with our credit card and asked politely that it be refunded. My husband is honorable and loving. We were kind in communicating with you sir simply said, your rudeness to us is a sincere sign of your own weak nature. We asked you not to send a gift certificate from your business because of your demeaning attitude and misleading stances; and instead, we asked you to credit back our card that you charged 6-weeks ago w/o shipping in-stock product yet, you refused, then attacked us and now are attempting to continue harassing us by attacking my husbands character. Read your own Bible, instead of preach!
Ive always had a pleasant experience with EAP. Aside from that I drive an hour to pick up my supplies, the last time I made it about 10 minutes till 4:30 (closing time, according to their hours here), and the door was locked. Thankfully, some employees that were in their cars about to drive off saw me, and politely unlocked the door and got my stuff! That was so nice of them. They told me they close at 4, unaware that their site says 4:30. To the owner, I recommend changing your hours, so this doesnt happen to someone else who drives hours to pick up supplies :)
From the best to the worst...in no time. It looks like my experience is exactly the same as the woman just before me...almost word for word. I have used EAP for 3 years, and they WERE amazing. Nearly immediate order confirmation, same day shipping, and would receive all items within 2 days. This time, new website had deleted my customer information, order history, etc. Placed an order as I usually did, then 4 days later, order is unfulfilled and nothing has shipped. Just as the other reviews, no notification that this was the case. Upon calling their sole customer service agent, he apologized and said items would be shipped immediately. It is 9 days later and all items are still there, so I cancelled the order. All I got was a bunch of excuses of new ownership, new warehouse guys, employees that don't show up. Avoid this company, it is simply has gone completely downhill from what it was. ***and after a response to this review from the owner, it's even more proof that they have problems. According to their website when I ordered, an item that was a special order was marked "in stock". When I asked 3 days after the order why it had not shipped, customer service said that there "have been lots of mistakes" on the website, and that item was actually a special order. They said they would cancel the special order item, and send the rest of my order that was in stock... which, obviously, five days later, still hasn't happened.***
