Working with Pouya at Stockpile was very easy. Pouya was there every step of the way to help. We were able to get some seller proceeds during escrow to move our stuff to the east coast as well and they never lowered their price in escrow.

Appreciate it their timeliness, also was very pleased that they wore a mask when they came to the doon My seller felt secure knowing that they followed protocol. Also I liked that they went with the purchase price that we had and didn't change it during escrow.

First of all, I want to say this is a dream come true that there are companies out there who cares about their clients. This company (Stockpile Property Ventures) is one of them. My rep Pouya is one of the best and knowledgeable agents who works for this company. He made the whole process so seemless and easy that I wasn't sure if I was daydreaming or awake.
