I was placed on a "pet floor" so I am not sure if the other rooms of the Hotel are the same or different-. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were of low quality, but the room was nice with a large bathtub- but I don't sleep in a bathtub. Also, be advised when you check-in, the hotel requires a 300$ incidentals charge on your credit card. This was not disclosed till after I book on travelocity in small print. Also, if you use a debit card, the reimbursement can take up to 7-10 business days to be credited back.

Often times walk in after long day of work into apartment, and nothing but smell of weed with the heat/AC running.. Unaccaptable when you're paying $2,000/mos for a 600sq/ft studio. Management notified, ignored. Little they can do I suppose, and it's legal, but the money and location doesn't justify the ordeal.

The room was flawlessly designed to make the breathtaking view the focal point. The space was luxurious, while remaining bright and modern. Our room faced south and looked out over the lake to the left. It was a beautiful vantage point of the city. The inside of the hotel is just as cohesive and appealing as the exterior. The lobby plays with levels which is visually interesting, but might make it difficult to maneuver if you don't handle stairs well. Launching from Aqua, it is simple to get anywhere else in Chicago.
