Have wasted so much of my time on hold and then get told stuff that doesn't fix the software errors. Would not recommend this software and so called service to anyone.
I appreciate the help given. However I was not able get my most recent transactions as I my last backup was in 2016. I have to abandon MYOB as my transactions are less than $5000 dollars per year now and I will have to use excel. I am grateful for having MYOB in use for 20 years.
Using MYOB Live has changed the way we process accounts in such a positive way! Sure, it has its moments but what program doesn't? I would highly recommend MYOB to any business needing a reliable accounting software program.
I have tried to get help with allocating automatic rule transactions which remain unallocated despite every attempt to allocate them via the usual methods. The "service" I have recently received has been time consuming and ineffectual. I've had multiple different answers from multiple people and still the problem is unresolved! I was told in order to locate the problem, I had to download another program to allow an unknown MYOB employee direct access to my computer! I am surprised that a company as large as MYOB does not have a more professional service team that can actually solve problems faced by MYOB clients and am also surprised there is not a much easier way to contact MYOB for anything! I am fed up phoning the "helpline" only to be passed from one department to another with no solution given at the end of the call! It makes me wonder why I am still paying for a product with problems that appear to be unfixable! I only wish I'd listened to advice given, prior to signing up with MYOB, to go with another accounting package and avoid MYOB!
