Thanks to OPC, we were able to save our oil & gas operation in Wyoming. Our bank was trying call our loan because low oil prices had cut the value of our reserves in half. We were being forced to either sell, which we didn't to do or get a new loan at a time when no one was lending. OPC provided us with a joint venture solution that paid our bank off and allowed us to maintain ownership, very grateful.

I want to start by thanking Mark and Chuck for their professionalisms and expertise in commercial real estate. Ive worked with Brokers over the years and its a mixed bag as to what you may get from them. I can honestly say working with Ocean Pacific especially Mark was a real pleasure. He spoke of his boss on numerous occasions so I knew he had very high regards for him. Recently I was pushed into a corner with a hard money lender, they were not honest people or an honest company at all. We agreed to certain terms and executed them in the term sheet. They decided they would not honor those terms after closing and decided that would take my property after only owning it for 6 months, not to mentioned I had just shy of $400k invested into the property. When I called Ocean Pacific and discussed the issues I was having and the amount of time I had to get this property refinanced, Mark took control and went to work securing long term permanent financing with a traditional brick and mortar bank. There was a lot of things that had to come together, I only had about 3 to 4 weeks to close the refi or lose my property and my 25% cash investment. This was not a residential property, its a commercial office building valued at $3,600,000.00. Ocean Pacific not only found one refinancing source they actually had 3 offers on the table for me within the first 2 weeks. Needless to say, I closed on my refi on August 29th 2020. Ocean Pacific saved the day for me and I have nothing but the upmost respect for them all. Moving forward I will only use them for all of my purchases and refinances. I have 2 more major purchases that Im currently reviewing, once Im finished I will be sending the files directly to Mark at Ocean Pacific. They are the real deal and worth every dime you spend with them. Mark would call me or text me on Saturday or Sunday. He was always available and on top of every aspect of the deal while it was progressing. I could go on and on about them but instead you should give them a try. You want be let down or dissatisfied. Mark Hasegawa and the whole Ocean Pacific Capitals staff was extremely diligent in passing along info to us in order to fund a recent bridge loan. Although we typically dont work with brokers on loan closings, Ocean Pacific Capital made the process seamless and smooth. We are now reconsidering our choice of not working with brokers and will definitely work with Mark again.
