Neil Bacchus is at the top of his game. He went over and above our expectations! Since we were out-of-towners - So he was able to line up all the local repair professionals in a timely manner, to ready the apartment for sale. Neil Bacchus was a wonderful discovery assisting with a difficult and sad estate sale of my parents home. After their loss and the realization of their accumulation of years of memories and “stuff”, the task of selling had to be done. Neil came recommended. He responded immediately with sincere care and knowledge. He was prompt, realistic, knowledgeable and current in the market. He communicated along the way, had realistic time frame implementation with professional contractors assisting with house prep from decluttering, painting, carpeting and preparing hardwood floors.
