The worst customer service experience in a long time. I went in with a friend and as we were leaving, the alarms went off so naturally we walked back In and was treated as if we had stolen an item. The lady even went as far as going outside to check if we had thrown something outside. What a terrible treatment, despite that, She didnt apologise for accusing us.

I have bought 2 pairs of glasses from them in the past no problem at all and recently I bought another pair. They are very friendly and helpful when you are buying glasses however if anything goes wrong/or you need a refund they very quickly change their manner. I would advise potential customers to be wary of purchasing glasses from them. I returned my glasses 1 day after the 14 day refund period and was refused a refund. What is worse they made out that the frames had been damaged and they had not.

Purchased sunglasses from their online store. Took longer than estimated time of delivery to arrive. When they finally arrived they looked used, and the arms of the frames were loose and creaked. Sent them back, took longer than estimated for them to process my refund and they never refunded my postage for faulty sunglasses. Even after several emails I have had no response regarding refund of postage which is in their T&C's. Avoid this co...
