Joseph, thank you for your review. I'm sorry for any inconvenience you've experienced with your key fob, and I can certainly empathize with your frustration. I will share this feedback with my team to see whether there is any guidance or assistance we can provide, but in the meantime, please feel free to give me a call. I would be glad to discuss this together and see if we can find a solution. Best, Rod Bay - New Car Manager - (541) 687-8888

Its been around 6 months since i received my $380.00 Keyfob from this Dealership. I still have no possible way to attach this key-fob to any sort of keychain. It did not come with a skeleton key so there is no hole or loop fixated to the fob itself. Im considering welding a small loop to the side. However, every-time i consider this, my common sense tells me that for $380.00 for a single fob, that there must be a higher intelligence at Mercedes that could lend a hand. Anything but dyi welding. Yes, i have tried my original skeleton key. Unfortunately it does not fit. (As seen in the attached pictures) My old key fob is not working. I have put it on my keychain to show the viewers how it connects to an ordinary keychain. I was told by an associate that ill figure something out well Mr. Mercedes, im still wondering what to do here? Its a miracle that i still have it as much as my kids are in and out of our Mercedes. If you have any ideas please let me know. Thank you very much.

My Sprinter had a warning light come on near Medford. I was towed to the Medford Mercedes dealership who took my $200, said nothing was wrong but they thought i should replace my alternator for $1400. I broke down near Eugene and was towed here. Thank God. Turns out it was just a loose bolt. Eugene fixed and didn't try to upset me thousands of dollars in unneeded labor and parts. The most thorough and honest experience I could ask for.
