Worst apartments in Dallas , from not updating the portal , to disrespect from the staff. Worst place Ive ever done business with , will disrespect & try to get you to leave out of your lease early, sometimes for no reason. Do not do business with these people , dangerous property, not well kept, completely stressful. RUN

Wonder what kind of shady business they're running here for them to take my application and fee and give me no updates until I call (which takes several tries) and I'm told that they're waiting for approval. Few more days and I check my application online and it says approved. I have to call in and ask about it and I'm told that it has been approved and that I'll be send the lease agreement. Nothing. Twice more I call and get through over the next week or so. "Yeah we'll send you the lease agreement today." Nothing. So great, I was scammed out of $75 I guess. At least tell me you don't want my application instead of wasting my time.
