Hello, we make every effort to remove from our mail list everyone who asks that we no longer send mail to them. Sometimes a request to be added to our 'do not mail list' can take up to 2 months to take effect because that's how far in advance all of our mail is printed. We send out upwards of thirty thousand mail pieces a month and we get very few negative comments like this which shows how seriously we take any requests to be removed from our mailing list. That said, with the volume of mail we are sending out, it is certainly possible a request to be removed can be missed from time to time. Please call us at 202-780-9793 or email [email protected] with your address and phone number so we can be sure to remove you from all future mailings. That is always the most effective way to be removed from our contact list. Thanks!

I have never dealt with these people but I have been constantly bombarded with solicitations from them despite my repeated attempt at being taken off their list. I am always receiving mail from a Mr. "Richard Crosswell" with a 'personal note' included. I don't know these people and don't appreciate a letter calling me by my first name when I've never met them. Bad business practice!

The company provided me outstanding service for the sale of my home. I was amazed at how easy the process was from start to finish. I kept waiting for a snag because everything was going so well, but it never happened. Also, all staff I worked with was professional, accommodating, and considerate....qualities you don't find very much anymore. I would highly recommend the company if you want to sell your home quickly without making repairs.
