Very disappointed my wife is a legal permanent resident and she was treat it disrespectfully as an illegal asked for proof of residence with a bill she doesnt work an I pay everything for her we own a house and still she was ask for a rent contract agreement she did so bad in the english level test because she was crying all the time this institution is not even close what it used to be I wish somebody could guide me and give me an answer
