Ordered 6 shirts all came with grease spots. They said their machine had a problem and they had a way to get grease out. One shirt they said they could not fix and they had to order from California. Had to make three trips back to pick up shirts and each time they had grease. When shirt from California arrived by mail to my home it had grease stain on it. I asked them for a refund and they said they would refund all but the shirt from California and said I put the grease on it!!! I told them if they did not refund that shirt my company would never do business with them again. They said they did not care. For a 30 dollar shirt they would gave up thousands of dollars of future business. Something is seriously wrong with their customer relations and service.

Hello Ryan, I'm really sorry your experience was not what you expected. We strive to provide to each and every customer with quality printed tees. We do use a laser alignment system to guide our printers into where the image should be, however shifts in the image are going to occur. We do our best to load the shirts for optimal placement in accordance to the proof. We try to check every garment as it comes off of the press, but there are times where some mistakes will make it out the door. We go to great lengths to try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. All of our customers are valued customers, regardless of the order size, and we want you all to know that. Pros, customer service was good, price was fair. Cons- off centering of prints. Out of 120 Center- 30 shirts 1/4 off- 50 shirts 1/2 - 1 off- 37 shirts Stained shirts- 2 shirts Missing shirts- 1 shirts I am using 80 of 120 purchased shirts.
