The supervisor changed 4 times during our build which was frustrating and had us concerned. Now, three years later, we are still chasing them for repairs and leaks. Would never build with them again.

We were very upset and annoyed with how everything went. Communication and customer service needs a massive overhaul at this company and for them to start LISTENING to clients of what their needs are not what they think they need and start adding random stuff into the plan that was not on there to begin with, and yet alone lie to the clients and promising/ guarantee a fix price and that there are no hidden costs. Needs to know what a builders clean is as this house was not cleaned! Don't bother writing to them about complaints because they never return your emails. Twice this has happened.

To All the McLachlan Homes Team, Wow, i would just like to say it has been wonderful experience to have you build my new home. At the beginning I wasnt sure about dealing with a builder on my own, I didnt know very much about building. This being a big project for me as i had recently separated from my husband. I was feeling very stressed and overwhelmed at all that was required in a new build. But.... thanks to all the lovely ladies in the office and the friendly team of builders, they made it as pain free as possible (thank god). I'm so pleased with my new home, it is completely me. I really enjoyed picking my tiles and fittings to my taste was a great selection that was INCLUDED ! phew no nasty bill. I love my home, it would have to be without a doubt the best I have had build. The workmanship is to a very high standard, I cant fault it in any way. Everyone who comes inside, says the same. I wouldnt hesitate to get in touch with McLachlan's to build again, if the need arose. Thanks again McLachlans for taking the time to listen and help me figure out all the necessary details. I can not thank the team at McLachlan Homes enough for my beautiful house. They are a professional team, who values quality and support throughout the entire process. Thank you to the amazing building team for the effort, excellence and overall finish off my house. All team members spoke to me personally and made sure I was happy with every choice. They constantly kept me updated and went through every decision, gave me options and ensured that I would be happy with the overall product. To the office staff, thank you for constantly answering my questions and making sure I knew exactly what was happening. I would happily build with this professional, responsive and quality team again. They have built me a beautiful home and made sure the entire process was stress free.

Stay away from this builder. There is a huge difference between the sales pitch and the end product. We have been struggling for over three years to get building defects fixed. The attention to details is poor and the quality of the overall build is just not up to what was expected.
