Jamison, i apologize that you feel this way. When i spoke with you over the phone the first time i gave you an estimate that reflected the needed parts and labor for your install. Your amplifier that was working previously was sitting in a closet and was involved in a car accident prior to us attempting the install. The amplifiers i suggest that you purchase were to replace the defective unit you provided me. I tried to sell you an amp in your price range to HELP get you the sound you wanted. I do not sell anyone anything they do not want or need. I give the bet option and opinion and let you decide. I also recommended that you call me to have the new amplifier put in that was warrantied. However, you decided to come up randomly and demand attention immediately. I did not have the time needed at the moment and offered you our next available time on our very busy calendar. I did not have the time space to accommodate your immediate need. You said you tried to install the new amp when it arrived, and it did not work, This leads me to wonder if there could be another issue i would like to make sure i had time diagnose properly. You claim it was a "5 minute fix" in my very professional opinion this is rarely the case. I wanted to ensure you had my full attention on during the appointed time we agreed upon. Fenix Audio does not do anything half effort. As for you picking up your car the following day on your first visit, you wanted to drop it off the night before and i agreed. I also provided you 2 receipts to the same exact email, 1 of which you needed for your amp to be warrantied. I understand your disappointment and i will continue to grow my staffing to accommodate these types of needs in the future, but today i could not do it with 100% attention to the details needed my shop and office were torn apart at that time. Please understand i was not trying to ignore you issue and i was not blowing you off. When you became agitated i did tell you i was not going to argue with you. I guess this is what i get for ending that conversation. We still do have an appointment set for the 20th. And your issue will be addressed if you decide to keep that appointment.

He ripped me off! I was quoted a price, then charged a different price 3 times more and told my amp was blown. It wasn't and I didn't realize this until went to best buy's geek squad and they hooked it up the correct way. Don't believe me, just check and see if this review is still here in 6 months.
Seems like a "professional" operation but a bit rude on the phone. I called inquiring about work on my car and after stating the age of the vehicle and asking about options for the job i was rudely told they weren't interested in the job and then hung up on. Cant speak about the quality of there work but there customer service skills are lacking.....
The BEST auto AUDIO/Video install place period. . Clean install. Seemless. Fast. I have dealt with 2 other stereo places in the area with my previous cars...John is far better. Honest, Skillful, very reasonable priced....he does it right! I have a 2009 Lincoln MKX- he installed a sick Pioneer head unit w Apple Car Play and back up camera - this totally brought my 9 years old suv current... Thank you for such great experience... Hello Bryan, sorry for nit being at the shop when you came by. We, like many others, are very short staffed and we had to pick which hours we are at the shop.
