We are pleased to hear you are happy with your worktops. We are very sorry that you have waiting two months for you new splashback to be installed. Unfortunately when we templated and fitted your Silestone worktops the hob extractor had not been installed, this is what lead to the hob splashback being too short. We have now visited your property removed the short splashback and replaced it with a new one at the correct size. We did try our best to keep you updated weekly on the progress of your splashback.

Really pleased with our work tops, windowsills and splash backs. However feeling a little let down now. The work was completed on the 18 12 2018 unfortunately the splash back behind the hob is too short. I was told that the problem would be resolved in the new year. Well here we are in February and I have had messages telling me that you will be coming to rectify the problem but I am still waiting!!!!

Just had our granite fitted - so pleased with it:-) An excellent fit, quality, colour and loads of extras (window sill, back splash and piece over unit for microwave and fridge) - all for less than half the price quoted by B&Q!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Natural Stone - wonderful for service, quality and price. Thank you:-)
