I had an interview at the connection recently...and the interviewer was very unprofessional...excusing the interview with me while he texted his wife about their plumbing issue. Gee...I'm sorry... we're in an interview your personal life can wait! They sent me an email deciding on a candidate with the experience closer to their needs. I guess 6 years call center isn't enough! If you have 6 years call center experience or less...don't bother...a waste of time! Unless they have a problem with age...then that's a problem!!

Candidates who have previously worked with The Connection and left in good standing are eligible to be rehired after a set amount of time has passed from the date they left the organization. I don't know the particulars of your specific situation, but if you're still interested in applying after the prerequisite time has passed, it sounds like you were a hard working and dedicated employee. I worked here left as a mutual choice to handle personal issues. They told me that I was doing so good that if I handled my issues I could come back and they did not live up to their word. Shame. I was an excellent employee and would be again. Their loss not mine. Still of all the call centers ice worked at this was by far the best one
