Terrible customer service. The lady that works here is the epitome of a Karen. Youre not the only embroidery place in the triad and Id rather pay more money to have decent customer service that to pay less and be treated poorly. Learn how to treat customers and speak to people with respect. If I could review this with 0 stars I wouldnt hesitate. Good luck, train your employees. Update 1.22.21 Since I can't respond directly to your response I will edit my original review. #1. My mask was over my nose, and since I wear glasses I was pulling it up more while I walked into your store. We can confirm this with the witnesses that were there. #2. Regardless if someone is wearing a mask "properly" or not, or one at all for that matter, you speak to someone with respect and not hostility. #3. The responses you have left on other customers reviews including mine, show clearly what kind of person you are, what kind of people you hire, and what kind of company you run. You may need to go to a few leadership courses as well as some training courses on customer service. It is very transparent on how you believe you should treat people and it is unacceptable. If you keep going this course, I can guarantee you that you will not be in business the next 5 years. That will solely be your fault.
The embroidery looked good but the man that you have to deal with (not sure if he's the owner or not) is always rude. I've have a few things done for our business and every time I dread having to call or talk to him in person. The quality of work is decent, but not worth being treated that way. I won't go back. UPDATE: I gave 2 stars because the work was good. I have no issues with the work. But dealing with YOU, the owner (see response below) was horrible! And from reading other reviews I see that i am not the only person that feels that way. Other employees were nice and accommodating,. ....you are rude. Pretty bad when dealing with the owner is not worth the quality products that the company produces. UPDATE AGAIN: Since we are unable to reply to your replies, I have no choice but to put my responses here. Which is what I was doing in my first update. I am confused by your response to that. My review has always been connected to my last visit to your business which was last year at least. I am not sure what that has to do with you being on vacation now? Why not just be friendly and more professional? You have the quality of product already. Sometimes it helps to take constructive criticism and use it rather than go into defense mode and ignore what more than a few customers have expressed. I wish you the best with your business.

I have been getting my bags, purses, jackets, blankets, hats and more embroidered here for years! They do great work in a short time and for a reasonable price! And you can buy stuff elsewhere and take it to them, it doesn't have to be bought from them! They have done so many Vera Bradley Bags for me or custom baby blankets for baby showers as gifts which are always a party favorite! They are the only reason I go to Four Seasons Mall!!! Seriously!!

Excellent services custom logo print was fantastic speedy services brought in at 11am and it was done by 3pm and that for logo set up and 9 uniform with name and logo !
She left out the fact that she had her bag embroidered, shipped and received it within 48 hours of placing order, She also left out the fact that we have pictures of where the embroidery goes, and we put it exactly where we show it goes. maybe next time she should pay more attention, and have less of an attitude when she picks up a phone!

Terrible experience. Ordered a Belvah Duffel Bag online and when I received it they had clearly embroidered the back on the bag (wrong side). I have two other Belvah duffel bags and all of them are embroidered on the correct front side. Needless to say the bag looked terrible with the odd embroidery placement. I contacted the store and received horrible costumer service from the store owner, David. He was rude and unprofessional from the beginning and instead of fixing what was a clear error on his company's part, he instead told me that there was nothing that could be done. Even on the Belvah Manufacturing website they show the embroidery on the front of this particular bag. I do not recommend this company at all, they are not invested in the best interest of their clients and clearly don't fix their mistakes.
