This place is a no frills gun store. Staff is knowledgeable but they seem a bit brusque. They will take the time to explain fundamentals but it seems they do this mostly to cover themselves for liability reasons rather than trying to be genuinely helpful. Prices are decent. Not a bargain but if you want to avoid the hassles and fees of online gun dealers then its a suitable alternative. Selection of firearms is very small. I saw perhaps a total of 6 handguns on display. When I inquired if they had more in stock they refferred me to a website. I wouldn't really recommend them to be honest, but I can't say it was a bad experience. It could have been better. Bottom line. They have guns for a decent price but very limited stock in store.

Worst customer service over the phone. I've called them multiple times and it seems that they don't care what you're calling for they'll just hang up.

Highly recommended. Fast service, extremely friendly NOT like other big box stores, and has staffs with knowledge in firearms and all the procedures

I waited in line for almost an hour. I Preorder a gun and you GUARANTEED you would call me back by Thursday. I wasted time twiddling my fingers instead of vigorously pursuing alternative options. Now other stores are not even taking orders. I gave my information to the guy. I had a whole conversation expressing the need for my order to be GUARANTEED! I left my information legible and clear!! I cant even get a callback?! Man I get that were in a state emergency but this is your business, this is your integrity. I am highly disappointed. After REMARKABLE, EXCELLENT QUALITY Service at the store (in-person), you guys left me no choice but to leave this criticizing review. I have called your business approximately 47 times. I have received 0 call backs. I am disappointed.
