Perhaps we didnt fully explain our compensation package because we have industry data that suggests our total compensation package is well above the average and fully competitive in our markets. While it may be calculated slightly different than other companies, we can assure you we compensate our drivers very well. Would you be willing to entertain a conversation to discuss further? The pay rate is a joke the pay for a cdl a driver with 15 years experience and all the endorsements is around $20.00 not $15.00 to $ 17.00 I have worked for small companies and large companies in this area all of them offered me around $20.00 starting pay. As of 12/19 I just got offered a local driver job starting at 24.59 and in 3 years I'll be around 28 an hour get a clue g@d. G&d stands for good and dumb. And your dumb if you work for them.

Horrible company too work for they say they care for family but that's far from true hard work goes unnoticed save your time and efforts apply else where this coming from a former employee
