We are very clear about this when you first inquired about booking and reviewed this several times with you before you sent your payment in. Our front desk staff tried working towards a solution for you and have attempted to provide you with a new consultation and tattoo dates.

The artists seem to be decent but unfortunately the pricing and front desk staff sucks. You need to make a downpayment before booking and even if the artist tells you during the design session that he cannot do what you wanted, you won't get the downpayment back. $660 later I have not gotten anywhere and surely won't return.
I had an appointment @11am with brian kaspieron and I was very patient but between the talking and verbal conversations about outside work delayed my start time for 3 hours which in any business is really ridiculous! I use to be a 5 year customer thought friend; mistaken for just another dollar amount for brian as he cursed me out the door with no regard for my time money or anything that was professional, Brian DOE NOT HAVE IT! I WILL NEVER BACK! I flew from northern California with a 100 dollar deposite and a $ 200 advance but I was not a worthy candadate after 5 years of work disappointed and let down ! It's a shame brian you wasted my time and money I will always tell aberyone about your poor values as a tattoo artist for the record fighting is not hou you handle disagreements with customers!!God Bless hope your situation gets better!
