Thank you for reaching out, due to current covid restrictions we are under staffed, if you called the shop and listened to the voicemail it clearly says we are not accepting same day walk-ins and gives instructions to visit our website and fill out the appointment form. We accept appointment applications 24 hours a day, appointments are scheduled depending on artist availability. If no one is answering the phone it’s most likely because they’re busy working with their client who scheduled an appointment or no one is at the shop to take the call, again due to current restrictions we are under staffed and are doing our best to take care of all tattoo requests.

Hi Elysia, sorry to here this happened to you, our artist are independent contractors and responsible for their own appointments/schedules, can you let me know who you had your appointment with and what tattoo you wanted done , we may be able to have someone else take care of it today.

One of the best tattoo places I have been to in a while clean friendly and they care about there art work. I have gotten 4 tattoos and to be honest there are the best I got
