Hello Derek, we apologize that you had a less than perfect experience with our company. We are a very small business with only 3 employees (plus my husband & I) at the time of your order. Since all BOP items are made to order, we do list that order may take up to 10-15 working days. We try our best to stick to that schedule. Each time I gave you a ship date, I completely intended for your order to go out. Unfortunately, things happen and employees miss work which results in delays. Rather than give excuses, I did my best to give a more accurate ship date. I should have handled your order and your concerns in a much better manner. My sincerest apologies, Fiona Bettencourt

Poor customer service! I ordered a hat and t-shirt on March 13th. The website said to allow 10 days for the order to be made, which at the latest would be Mar. 23rd. I called on the 27th and neither that hat or shirt had been made yet and I was told they'd be shipped out in 4 days. Here it is April 2nd and still no shipment. I called again, now 20 days after the order was placed, hats made but the shirt isn't. I was told it would be made by Friday. Due to the poor customer service I cancled my order and will not be ordering from them again. I will make sure that the over 500 staff at my facility also know not to order from HDG Tactical.

HDG created shirts for some colleagues and me. If you order from HDG, expect for it to take some time for your order to ship. It seems like they're a pretty small and over-worked company. That said, if you have patience and are not in a rush to get your order, you'll most likely be happy with the order once you do get it. They do a nice job on the design, and the final product will look clean.
