Staff was nice enough. But be advised, this is not a "corporate" 5.11 store as they put it. It's a private franchise that sells only some 5.11 products amongst other names. They can't help you with online exchanges of 5.11 merch. They did help me exchange a mis-sized purchase from an actual 5.11 store though which made no sense since I could have said the online purchase was from a retail store as well....

09APR22 ~ Two things: 1) Poor quality & 2) Lack of sizes. Most of what I saw in the store today was façade, lacking in substance. Their items are more for people looking for the 'Cool factor', not durable, functional, tactical gear. The waist clasps were flimsy. The 'snap clasp' will come apart at nothing and the supporting button clasp is very cheaply made with a small, cheap button barely held on to the trousers with minimum stitching. The first time you stress these trousers you will be standing there with your trousers open. They do not have or offer odd inseam sizes. A 34" inseam is too a smidgen too short and the 36" inseam will drag the floor. The sales guy nonchalantly said he had never seen odd size inseam items. Maybe he is just very ignorant of men's wear or he is dishonest. They do not carry the well made, durable, 5-11's like the older ones I own and now need to replace due to over a decade of wear. If this is an example of what 5-11 has become they no longer support the tactical community. I will not be going back there...
