I called to order 2 costumes because I wanted to pick them up at the warehouse that day. I was told that I have to order online and if the order is placed before 2pm, they would be ready for same day pick up after 3pm. I placed the order before 2pm and waited for the email confirmation for pick up. So I waited, and waited, and waited and waited some more. I finally called the next day and cancelled my order.
Ordered 2 wrestler masks (1 green & 1 blue) online for a back to school event. Paid extra for 2 day shipping to make sure I had it in time. When I received it, the green was so poorly made that anyone with a normal size face would not be able to see out of both eye holes. The blue gives you to option to chose a color. I chose black. I received different product # in a child's size (black with a red cross --which by the way showed to be out of stock). The black one would have been great if it were the right size. You cannot try the mask on without removing the tag that is attached to it., which we did. Called customer service and explained the shipping error. They issued a return label and said they would issue a refund when they received it back. They did not offer to send the correct item, did not offer to credit the extra shipping we had paid, and the return label was for regular postal service. So I looked up the return policy to see what to expect and I saw that the product would be consider used and is not returnable because I had removed the tag. Called and spoke to Liz. Explained the situation. She was very polite but not at all helpful. Basically, she said I had ordered the wrong mask when I chose the color (even though the two items are made entirely different and have different item numbers). She said I could not return the product because I had removed the tag. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the Customer Service Manager. When I asked for her boss, they were not available and she was not allowed to give out their name. She was also not allowed to tell me who owned the company but said I could look it up on-line. The products were cheap so I expected them to be cheaply made. I order costumes all the time for a party business that I own. When I only need a costume for a single event, I don't need a high end costume and don't mind cheap. But I do expect to receive what I order and I do not expect to have my intelligence questioned. I will NEVER order from this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone else unless you are physically at their store to see the product you are purchasing.
Friendly helpful staff assisted me in fulfilling my twelve year old daughters dream. Thankful for the great and compassionate service. Plus lots to choose from for good prices.
