I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My puppy was attacked by a pit bull well over 75lbs and they wanted me to pay $250! To release the security footage for me to file a report

Ive lived here for close to a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. The amenities are clean and well maintained, the building staff is always friendly and attentive, and whatever minor issues I do encounter, management is always quick to act.

We have lived at the Rheingold for the last 3 years and have really enjoyed our time here! The building is beautiful and has many amenity options, including a huge rooftop, an awesome gym, and a private dog park. They also recently opened up a grocery store, which is very convenient! We are very happy here.

New Renters beware: If you work from home. There is construction across the street from the building currently. The business center and apartment walls are pretty thin. The construction across the street has become a huge noise and dust nuisance which I imagine will become greater as they continue to construct throughout the year, M-Sa 7am - 5pm. Management doesn't want to offer incentives for current tenants at the moment, with raised rental costs & amenity fees. Considering I am a good tenant, pay rent on time, and comply with all their rules.New tenants beware!
