The products are fine but the service is awful. Been waiting on a back order that is now 2 weeks late (and three months after ordering). It was already delayed once and I was only informed after chasing it up, and now I get no replies via email, no one answers the phone, can't get any service from anyone. It's a little bit cheaper than other companies but not worth the stress.
Utterly shocking service, I paid for my order and was then told that I was misquoted. Instead of calling me and explaining the mixup and asking for the extra cost owed, I had days of irritating and confusing emails to suffer through and it was impossible to get through to anyone over the phone. When finally they called me to take the extra payment (after my frustrated email calling them unprofessional) I thought all was well and the extra was paid with no complaint on my part. The following day, the owner called me up to argue that my email was "hurtful" and they weren't earning enough for my order so they're refunding me and cancelling my order after wasting weeks of my time. Unbelievably unprofessional and disgusting service. Avoid this company like the plague.

These guys are real pros. I've had a lot of experience with textile printers and this lot come out on top in terms of quality and price. That's usually enough to impress me, but the speed of turn around was superb, the communication was swift and clear, the team offered great advice when called for and generally made the whole process a joy. This lot can add real value to a business. Tip top. Cheers all.

Gail and her team at Cottonprint are great. I have used Cottonprint for some garment supplies over 6 years now (if I remember correctly) and have always found them friendly and very helpful. They are always a line away if I've ever got any queries and their delivery turnaround is always on point every time. I have always received my good on time as per stated on their website. In normal circumstance, my deliveries have always been next day. Also, you definitely have a great variety of clothing and I personally have never had any issues them. Please see below for our response to your comments: You state in your review that 'it has been weeks since ordering'. This is incorrect. You placed your order with us for on the 5th May which was 11 days ago - 7 working days. We emailed you on the 5th May - the day you placed your order - to inform you that we were out of stock of 1 of the T-shirts in your order and were unable to source for you from anywhere in the UK. We had been waiting for your response as to whether you preferred a refund or to place this on a back order. The only 2 emails we have received from you were yesterday - the 18th May - and we are unable to receive phone calls at the present time as we are currently working remotely (this information is clearly displayed on our website). I have had the worst experience with these guys. It has been weeks since ordering and they are not responding to any of our several emails and phone calls. Their opening hours say 10-5 weekdays. We are a small business and rely on companies for their professionalism, especially at times like these. We have had to order elsewhere to be able to meet deadlines. I feel offended and upset at the way this has been handled and I wouldn't recommend them. There are plenty of other fantastic companies at better prices, who will be able to help you and who deserve the business.
