Unfortunately, this was an unavoidable emergency as the fire alarm was pulled. We dispatched our monitoring company that same day to address and reset the alarm. As to your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the property, our corporate team is working diligently to ensure that all schedules are maintained and that the community is left in beautiful condition each week. Today I am very upset because this is the 6th time I had to rush over to my parents apartment because the fire alarms were going off building 241. When I pulled in the parking lot I noticed Several disable Tenets in wheelchairs, walkers outside and this was 8:30 in the morning. My parents are elderly and this problem needs to be taken care of. So, today I will be calling Code Enforcement to get this problem fixed. The Gates of Owings Mills has gone down so much and my parents have lived here for years.Guess its time to move them out. WHYdont people answer the phone at the property office or Corporate office. While Im writing this review I might as well speak my peace of all the problems. The grounds are not Maintained. The Breezeways are Filthy, There are cobwebs in the breezeway everywhere, the buildings need to be pressure washed. The windows on the outside have so much dirt on them you can barely see outside. In my parents lease it states they have access to a exercise room that is not open. I understand theres a pandemic but we can also think outside of the box and put Cleaning Stations so people clean the machines off after they use them. Dont get me started about the pool being closed as well. If these things are going to be closed to Tenants communicate the Closures to us Let us know whats going on instead of keeping us in the dark. Understand if you keep Raising rent and you dont fix problems what will you have??? (Empty Apartments)

I do not recommend any competent person to work for this company. They treat there employees likes illegal foreigners, You can clearly see that the Owner and upper management are only in it to pad there pockets. They have the worst benefits Md. I would be surprised if they arent sued for everything by the beginning of next year!

I dont know much about the Baltimore properties but their PG properties are beautiful and affordable. Keep up the good work Signature
