****WARNING**** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BOUTIQUE. I placed an online order for a $900 handbag after reading the return policy which stated that you had 5 days to return full priced merchandise for a full refund. When I received the bag I realized that it was too small to fit my needs. When I called the store to schedule a return the salesperson told me that no returns are allowed on ANY accessories (including handbags). The customer service is absolutely terrible. If you are thinking about ordering from this place DO NOT DO IT. You are better off ordering from SAKS, Barneys or Neimans. At least if you decide that your purchase does not suit your needs they will allow you to return it.

I am constantly in Manhattan looking for new places to go clothes shopping, and I discovered Blue and Cream and I was amazed. From everything to their selection to their staff, this place has it all. Clothes are a big hobby of mine and this store makes it easier to fulfill my needs. Will definitely be coming back!

While visiting New York recently my friend and I were just browsing around and came across Blue and Cream. I'm so glad we did because I found the perfect denim jacket. It fit perfectly and was a great piece I could wear with any outfit. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The staff was welcoming and helped us shop around. Next time I'm back in the city I will be sure to make a visit!

I was brousing online and discovered that this store is selling real fur. I've reached out to the store and received no response. So I plan on boycotting this store until they can move beyond using real fur and become an ethical company.
