Bradley, it appears your business is not on our list of signed contracts. All of our clients that have a contract with us received service. If a call is received the day before or the day of severe weather, our policy is to make no promises on service. We do tell people we will try our best to squeeze them in at the end of the day, but it is not a guarantee. Our current clients sign contracts weeks or even months in advance of winter weather. As a business, Id suggest for the safety of your customers, having a signed contract in place for inclement weather. I personally never spoke with you on the phone, never hung up the phone several times and I did not take time out of my busy schedule to call and hang up on you. Had dealt with Bryan and agreed that he would plow our lot when 2 inches of snow was on the ground. He never showed up so we called him several times he would pick the phone up then hang up on us he even called me back I answered and then he hung up , would never recommend this place to anyone.
