One of our greatest strengths as a company is that we care about peoples businesses and we bend over backwards to do a great job. We should have known going into this job that there were red flags that showed up right away such as the client complaining about working with multiple developers who cant seem to get the job done. This is the case in the job we were hired to do with Lizna. Initially, we were hired to create an e-gift card and we were excited about establishing a long term relationship as a local design agency with her. We thought no problem we can setup a plugin and complete the job quickly. However, as we got into the job, Liznas requirements began to expand such as her wanting us to do special coding, copywriting and market research at no additional cost to her. We explained that there is a cost associated with additional work and she wanted all the additional work to be done at no cost. Once we set up the E-gift card and made adjustments to the site, she still was not happy and continued to ask for unlimited changes at a fixed price. She wanted her money back for the work that was already successfully completed. In addition, she wanted us to fix some coding issues that were preexisting before we even started. There were some preexisting formatting issues in her site which we spent additional time to fix, but she still wasnt happy. Also, the site theme that she was using had a lot of coding problems to begin with and she didnt want to pay an additional cost to fix. We realized at a certain point that the relationship with her wasnt a fit for either one of us and we parted ways.

Unfortunately, my experience was not as great as the others. I am a small business owner and was looking to build a relationship with a local web manager for my apparel e-commerce site. In my initial conversation with Laura, she completely sold me and I felt like Creative Eye Q was going to be my go to team for all web related work. They charged me up front for an e-gift card implementation along with text implementation on my site and we spoke for an hour about what I wanted done. After a few days, John said that the job was complete. The text implementation was not responsive so on mobile, it looked distorted. The e-gift card implementation was not what we discussed at all, not user friendly and called a "coupon". I had to spend another 30minutes with them to pull up basic e-gift card examples myself because they hadn't done the research. Even after this, they installed another plug-in which still isn't clear for the customer on where to enter the gift card information. I was told by John that I should do "market research" and ask my customers if they can figure out where to enter the gift card information. The text implementation on the other hand left my site distorted and I had to pay someone else to fix it. I asked Creative Eye Q for a refund and they refused saying that they completed the job. Laura didn't respond to me after I texted and called her. John just said that the job was done when it wasn't. I ended up paying someone else to fix some of the issues that Creative Eye Q created on my site. Sadly, for a small business like me, working with Creative Eye Q was the worst decision. My advise for other businesses is to go with someone that can do the job accurately before you pay them. If they ask you for payment upfront, it can possible be a red flag and you might end up in a situation like mine.

We needed a last minute video and were kind of in a bind. Even though I knew creativeeyeq is usually someone you need to book up in advance with I thought I would call and take a chance. Luckily they had a pocket to squeeze us in and did an amazing video for our Spa Monalisa Wellness. They are a great team to work with, always having wonderful idea's and a joy to talk with. They truly listen to what you need and strive to give you more than you thought to ask for. I would use them again in a heart beat. Monalisa Wellness Center and Spa

John and Laura came to me as a team--a technician and a visionary designer. They compliment each other very well. They really listened to me about where my business was and where it is that I want it to go. A lot of us business owners have great ideas but never take the time, or have the time, to complete them. John and Laura presented an idea to use my website as the medium to make my business goals come true. In developing my website, they took me through stages which were not overwhelming. Their ideas were so creative; they were beyond anything I would have thought of myself. I believe were always changing and Im confident that they will continue to help me with ongoing changes to my website.

"Creative Eye Q solved two of my biggest problems with my previous hosting compnay (Yahoo): 1. Yahoo was charging $12.95 a month and Creative Eye Q was able to host my website for half the price. 2. Front Page Extensions stopped working on my site when I was hosting with Yahoo. Creative Eye Q's technical support team was able to provide a solution with their hosting which allowed me to use Front Page with my website. I would highly recommend anyone to host their website with Creative Eye Q!" - Larry

They did a really awesome job on creating and ebook and ibook for the 25th Dallas VideoFest. There were both great to work with, and did really inspiring work. I would highly recommend working with them. You will get something better than you expected. bart'
