Dr. Riester and the medical staff are intelligent and caring, but the administration of this practice stops me from ever going back. You can get similar care elsewhere without the headaches. I was pushed weeks without test results that I knew were done, canceled on at the last minute, underquoted on costs by 2x, and had other communication issues.

Went in for an allergy test. Took two hours for the whole process. Took me in 45 minutes late and had to wait for another half an hour for the doctor to verbally tell me the result. Which I already knew from the nurse. Good doctor, but the office is not being run efficiently. They don't care of your time.

One of the only practices still out there that care about their patients. I spent months dealing with severe chronic urticaria and was in a wedding weeks later, the receptionist was kind enough to get me in last minute. Dr. Reister was a top notch doctor and was able to suppress my hives in time for the wedding. I am very grateful to have found this practice.
