Usually have a okay experience here, but I went to pay a car payment the other day and the lady who helped me was so rude, and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. My payment was only a couple days late. For the first time in 2.5 years I might add, and the lady could not stop telling me how bad of a fee I was going to get from this, how I should pay more than the original amount since the payment was late and honestly it was really embarrassing . Embarrassing enough for me to not go to this branch again.

Thier drive through ATM had been having problems and apparently they had thought they had fixed it but it still didn't work and took my card. After a few minutes of trying to get my card back to no avail one of the employees came out and kindly explained the situation and offered to take me inside and get a new card made for me. She was very sympathetic and attentive throughout the process and made the whole experience that normally would have been irritating both pleasant and quick. They got me in and out in around 20 minutes. Thanks so much for being rock stars, you really made it obvious you care. You guys have some truly golden employees! :) This is why I will always use OCCU!

Best bank in town. Meant to get away from the big banks years ago, and if you're an Oregonian this is an option you'd be silly to overlook. Their "Remarkable Checking" accounts are great. If you fulfill some small requirements each month that most people do anyway (1 direct deposit, a certain number of debit card transactions), and you get ALL ATM fees anywhere waived, earn interest on your accounts, and other benefits. This particular branch has great free cookies on Mondays and Fridays.

If u like getting your credit destroy cause its to difficult for them to do there job right u will like the bank if not got to selco or anywhere else not one missed payment have like 4 though them cause of there mistakes and said its there fault but i have to disput the claims my self wjen i was told they would after talking to a higher up then flip floped on there word next day
