My employer started with Just Works recently. Payroll has not been handled properly and we had a two week gap with no health insurance. I'm hoping that the future will be more professional for both companies, but current situation makes me very skeptical

Justworks does not care about it's customers. They made major error on payment on contractor and will not take responsibility for it $$$ and sticking me with bill. I would not recommend using this company and I have been loyal customer for many years. If they dont dont own up to issue I will be moving back to ADP. Update 11/06/2020: I still like Justworks. They made changes this year to make health-care renewals easier. However, they eliminated the personal account rep. Help is available 24/7, but I no longer have one person to whom I can reach out when I have a question. It takes longer to receive an email response (partly because of the pandemic...understandable!), and one person I spoke with over the phone didn't seem to understand what I was requesting. I had to explain several times. Original review 10/11/2018: Justworks makes things easy, and our account rep is really helpful when I have questions. The insurance renewal process was easy to get through. And, the additional benefits are great. I like that they listen to customer feedback.
Time and time again, Justworks delivers outstanding Customer Service. Anyone I speak with is always so pleasant and more than willing to help me. They went above and beyond when I needed to have my COBRA insurance reinstated. I cant say enough good things about their Customer Service! I put them up there with the best Ive ever had to deal with. When it comes to insurance issues, which can be so complicated, they always handle things promptly. Their communication and frequent touch-points make me feel that Im in the best of hands with them.
Terrible! Have consistently messed our paychecks up and now they've messed our W2s up. Terrible company! Stay away!!!!
