Our contact lens fitting fees are $53 to $86 depending on the patient's visual needs. Our eye examination is $133. The fitting includes all necessary measurements required to determine the right fit and prescription for the patient. Any training necessary for insertion and removal of lenses. 90 days of followup appointments, at no charge, from the exam. Any changes to the brand or prescription of contact lenses with 90 days. I am sorry for any confusion you may have had with our contact lens policy.

They are very expensive especially for a contact fitting. 100 - 200 depending on what you need. I would go to the spec shop they only charge $60. I got my fitting a free pair of contacts and 2 bottles of bio true to clean them. Very friendly staff at the spec shop too!!

The receptionist is rude and unwelcoming. They give a 10 min grace period if you are late but then do not accept it. I would not recommend coming here.

I've been with them since I started wearing glasses in elementary school, I never have to wait too long when I come in and whenever I've had an issue (like a lens loose or weak leg) they've worked rather quickly to fix it. Only issue I would find are there aren't *that* many options, but I do have particular tastes and it is a small facility so that's to be expected. When looking for glasses those working there have been nice and tried to accommodate my desires to their best ability, they're very friendly.

We know how nervous children can be about going to the doctor. We try to make our office a fun and stress free environment for the children. We are so glad to hear she enjoys coming back to our office every year.

We are sorry you had an unpleasant visit in our store. We do make glasses according to the prescription. However, any issue you may have with the doctor you would need to call back to the office you went to. We at Hardwick Vision Center do not make appointments for the doctor since we are an Optical shop. Any issues with the doctor would need to go through Rockingham Optometry. We hope to see you back.

pending ,Dr will not listen to your needs and concerns already tried to cover up a few problems about my eye sight , then when spoke to out front got really insulted .also would like to add that at first i told the Dr when i went for a check up on my eyes was getting worse so he makes me a pair or had then made with strong double bifocals ,went back down there and told him i couldn't see good with those glasses then i was told i had cataracts so they ( hardwick ) made me a app. at Carolina eye clinic to get the cataracts removed , was very happy with the surgery from Carolina eye so went back to Hardwicks for Dr Smith to do follow ups ,all was fine until i told him i needed some close up glasses which they told me they would replace the first pair so after asking for just a plain pair of reading glasses ( i had got me a pair from the store just plain reading glasses that i can see ok with this close up ) but i figured i would ask for a pair from Him ( Dr & Hardwick) for a nice pair since they owed me a pair so what happen when I went to pick them up a pair of double bifocals that i can't see threw ,when complained out front all you know broke out so i left , To be continued !!!!
