Was given various offers on a "sell me your car" push from them. After emails, texts, and going thru all the motions. The same day they gave me a price range offer, the following day they said no, unless I BUY from them. Not a good way to handle business from upper management standpoint. So when they say "we buy all cars!" it should be with an asterisk. Andrea on the other hand who helped me was nice and polite.
