The guy my friend an I dealt with had very poor costumer service skills, he was really rude and seemed like he had an attitude over having to help us. He kinda acted like he thought my friend didn't have any money or something. If I could've left zero star's I would have that's really how bad the service was there!!! We ended up leaving there and going to Ed's Hobby Shop, and he was super helpful and polite...

Hello BIGGDOGG-904 Retired, We are sorry for your experience and although I was not there I am not sure what exact vehicle you had and were trying to fix but there could have been some factors in which the associate was trying to guide you in a different direction. A lot of times some vehicles are cheaper to discard and get another rather than fixing or maybe replacement parts are not available. I don't know the exact details but there could be some sort of explanation as to why they went that route with your specific instance. Went to get parts for my granddaughters truck..guy was very rude and condesending....only wanted to sell me a new rc instead of trying to help....NEVER AGAIN
