When you came with your wife yesterday your conversation with the manager was very brief and she did her job when she politely said "You can't bring outside drinks in the restaurant because we sale drinks here", you said she was ill and you left without giving a chance for her to respond, not once you mentioned your wife who is on a wheelchair had brain tumor. Now that we are on the subject, my younger brother too got ill and was on a wheelchair, we went to many businesses together including restaurants and never we have put a business on the spot, never we felt that common sense did not apply to us because of his condition. He has now passed away 3 days before Christmas and I was here cooking for my customers and nobody knew how hard I was for me, and I made sure they had a good time. So please don't make it sound we are heartless, because for me, if I see you fall I will pick you up and if I could cure you wife I would do it for free. Thank you

I want to take my wife there to eat today, she's in a wheelchair because she had a brain tumor. She cannot drink regular liquid drinks so we always take some type of smoothie today it was a drink from Smoothie King I strawberry banana smoothie. They refuse to let us eat and their establishments because we were bringing a drink and that was not purchased at their facility. I tried to explain the reason and it didn't matter to them

Ordering online has fees and everybody knows that, the 0.95 was listed before you submitted your order, we do not control the fees. The complain should have been directed to them not us, we do not collect fees we pay them too up to 30% per orders, and 0.95 is one of the cheapest is the country or call direct we will gladly take your order over the phone.

0.95 cent local fee. XD LOL NEVER GOING HERE. Response to owner : I don't care for your reasoning for it. The fact that you are using a service that wants to charge me money to use is a joke. Either figure out how to make something new that doesn't gouge customers pockets with an insane fee of "to help the local communities". Help yourself by doing a good job at making food and promoting locally instead of stealing from the people of your community.
