Absolutely disgusting.. Had an email 2 weeks ago stating my parcel has been delivered... NO PARCEL. Have contacted hermes through their holly thing and NO REPLY.. Spoke to one of their delivery people, gave her the details and yet again.. NOTHING. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED HERMES..
