Welcome staff was lovely, very polite and helpful. Food not great, extremely greasy and looked as though it was put together by catapult.

Absolutely disgraceful having to pay to use the facilitys when I asked the person on the door if I could just use the bathroom youd like to hope they would allow a 14 year old child to use the bathroom with a purchase, if this is a policy it needs to be changed as soon as possible. What if it was a person who has a medical condition meaning they need access to a bathroom and having to pay to do so is shocking. Furthermore it is deemed a basic human right for a person to use a bathroom facility upon request. This will be taken further.
