Hi Mark, I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your call to the team. We are a very small, lean team with pretty full calendars of consulting calls and outreach meetings. That's why we ask clients to schedule calls with us. If you'd prefer to come and have that meeting in person or have it over the phone, that's perfectly fine.
