Hi Mark, I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your call to the team. We are a very small, lean team with pretty full calendars of consulting calls and outreach meetings. That's why we ask clients to schedule calls with us. If you'd prefer to come and have that meeting in person or have it over the phone, that's perfectly fine. But we do need clients to schedule their calls with us in order to ensure all of our clients are being served.
