Would not use. I see many of the negative of reviews were deleted which leads me to believe that there is censorship related to people who have complained about Big Ducks business practices.

Big Duck is such a unique contributor to the field. Squarely focused on non-profits and innovative in developing tools, assets, campaigns, and organizational identities that help a range of important institutions, like those I've worked for, thrive. Can't say enough good things about Farra, with whom I worked on a rebrand some six to seven years ago. She was super adroit at keeping the process on track, engaging key stakeholders, and channeling our collective energy into a new identity that I felt great about. Have since enjoyed tracking Big Duck's regular insights and contributions to the field!
