Started out as very professional and then went down hill from there. Charged a rush fee to get soccer uniforms within a two week period. I understood at the time but after receiving the order regretted having to pay that extra cost. Went back and forth on a proof and was told we could get the font we wanted. Received our sublimated soccer jerseys and they weren't anything like the proof. The font was wrong and the stripes were in the wrong place. Then and only then we were told that the printer couldn't do what was on the proof so very misleading. Also I had one child that required an Adult Large shirt and made it a point to make sure that was acknowledged several times. I didn't want the child embarrassed. When we received the jerseys, it was a Youth XL and was told that it was mislabeled. The owner asked the child to come in to the store to try on and get sized and was then told again that the shirt must have just been mislabeled/tagged. None sense! Not impressed! You will not get what you ordered.

Paid over 1200 for uniforms to not receive what was ordered. Was notified that it would not be made right because the font wasnt available...a month later. Wrong sizes the owner attempted to blame on the manufacturer they outsource to despite numerous communications. Will never use again nor recommend.

My sons soccer coach & his wife put in an order for 2 jerseys, a pair of shorts and 1 pair of socks for each player. It was $88.00 with a rush fee. Still took awhile to get them. We received them and the font wasn't even close to what we asked for & the sizes were wrong! We brought it to their attention and they said they'd try to fix it. Fast forward to a month later and they are just now letting us know they can not do the font. They are only refunding the rush fee and MAYBE 15% of what was paid. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!
