The folks there are friendly and willing to help you out in anyway they can. The store is larger then it looks from the outside, there is an upstairs and downstairs of parts and merchandise and they know pretty much where everything is that you are looking for and make some suggestions to some of your questions or problems you may have and have some of the hard to find things too and usually well stocked and can order things also for you and do furnace heating, and plumbing work too. Also in the store is an auto parts store / place, which I believe is a dealer in / of NAPA parts.
