Billing is absolutely ridiculous!! I received a bill for a no show fee that I canceled through the automated system. When I called the woman I spoke to said she would have to get in contact with the office to see what they say. Waited all day for a phone call back and never got one. The next day I called back and was transferred to the same woman who said that the woman from the office was out for the weekend and when she gets back, the woman I am speaking to is leaving for a few day.... with my bill still unresolved. One week later after everyone was suppose to be back into the office, I get another bill ( so it has only been two weeks and I've gotten two bills!) for my no show fee So I called again and was transferred to the same woman who is still conveniently out of the office. I left a message for her and called back to speak to someone else but the only other person who is available to speak to is "too new to handle those issues". I will never schedule with nfobgyn again if this is how they handle their billing and their patients.

Loved Dr.Carrion. Office staff was nice but I recieved horrible service as far as it came to my health and wellbeing. Choose wisely your OBGYN especially if your pregnant.

Had both my babies through this practice. Staff is always so nice and attentive and really care about their patients. Ive been going to this practice for about 20 years and would recommend.

I couldn't be more pleased with my selection of this practice! The entire staff is kind and welcoming. Dr. Caminero is the best doctor I've been seen by in my 44 years. So knowledgeable and caring! LOVE it here!

I was given the total amount of my delivery fee in January and by the time I made my last payment in July, I was told because the company merged I would have to pay an additional $750! I was 9 months pregnant! Staff did not have my correct insurance information (even after I told showed them). Staff lost my short term disability paperwork (which had my social on it) even after I faxed it 6 times and confirmed that it was received! I now have to worry about my finances on top of caring for a newborn.
